No Spamming
Of course, spam is against the rules. Each case of spamming will result in 1 infraction.
Mind you, what's considered spam on IMVU is not the same as here. Just as long as you're not double posting, insanely bumping posts, or replying to messages ju st to up your post count. Replying to like 329840392 topics with just a smilie or like 50 smilies is a no.
Keep flaming to a minimum
Let's try to keep ALL flaming to a minimum. Sometimes people are just asking for it, I know, but let's not spawn a 10 page post of people flaming each other.
No impersonating moderaters, admins, or other forum or IMVU staff
This is kind of a no brainer. Anyone who does this will be banned permanently from the site. Please also respect forum and site staff.
Signature images should be no larger 500x150px
Following in the footsteps of IMVU, please make sure any pictures in your signatures are no larger than 500 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall. Even if you have more than one image, you cannot break this size. Having any combination of pictures larger than this will result in 1 infraction. If I have to tell you to fix it more than once, you'll get an infraction for each time I, or any moderator, tells you to change it.
Text in signatures should be no more than 6 lines
I'm allowing 2 more lines of text than IMVU. Any more than 6 lines of text (REAL text, over 6 lines of picture text is fine) will result in 1 infraction. If I have to tell you to fix it more than once, you'll get an infraction for each time I, or any moderator, tells you to change it.
Rules may change
Please understand that as we grow and situations arise, the rules WILL be amended. With luck everyone will behave and we won't have to have many amendments. I would like to embrace a community where things don't have to be so strict, but know there are limitations and if need be, more rules will be put into place.
